「teamLab 高知城 光之祭典」作為「志國高知 幕末維新博」的特別企劃，將展示6個作品，讓日本三大夜城・高知城化身為光與藝術的互動空間。
活動中，追加了高知歷史上偉人們的舞動藝術展，在紙上畫出坂本龍馬、板垣退助、土佐(現高知縣)的偉人等，畫好的圖畫將會在螢幕上舞動起來。
